What we collect

Information you give us. Name, phone number, email address, service address or city, and any project details you enter into our estimate form or tell us on the phone.
Automatically collected information. Standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, device and browser type.

How we use it

To respond to your estimate request and schedule a site visit
To prepare and deliver quotes, agreements and warranty documents
To perform work you have hired us for and to follow up afterwards
To understand how the website is used so we can improve it
To meet legal, tax and contractor licensing obligations

Text messages

If you tick the SMS consent box on our estimate form, you agree to receive text messages from us about your estimate and project at the number you provided.

Consent is never a condition of purchase. You can hire us without agreeing to texts.
Message frequency varies based on your project.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
We record the date, time and wording of the consent you gave.
We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing.

Advertising and analytics

We advertise on Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and we use their measurement tools to understand which ads lead to enquiries. These tools set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser.

Google Ads tag. Records that a visit or an enquiry followed from one of our ads, so we can tell which ads are worth running.
Meta Pixel. The same measurement for our Facebook and Instagram advertising.

We have enhanced conversions enabled in Google Ads. When you submit an estimate request, information you provide in the form — such as your email address — may be converted into a scrambled, irreversible code (a hash) and sent to Google so it can match your enquiry to an ad click. Google does not receive your email address in readable form, and we do not send your details to advertisers for their own marketing.

You can limit this. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, Google offers controls at My Ad Center, and Meta offers them in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. Blocking these tools does not affect your ability to request an estimate or to reach us by phone.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers who help us operate — scheduling and CRM software, email and messaging providers, website analytics
Subcontractors where a job requires it, such as fascia and wood-rot carpentry, limited to what they need to do the work
Financing partners, only if you choose to apply for financing
Authorities where we are legally required to do so

Retention

We keep estimate and customer records for as long as needed to service the warranty on your installation and to meet legal and tax requirements. Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted.

Your choices

Ask us what information we hold about you
Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep
Opt out of texts by replying STOP, or of email by using the unsubscribe link

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page.
